Supported Playgroups
Mini-Maxi Playgroups are supported playgroups for children aged up to 5 years old.
Supported Playgroup provide children with an opportunity to socialise, play and learn in a structured and positive environment as well as participating in age-appropriate learning experiences and activities.
Mini Maxi are an opportunity for parents to connect with each other, share their experiences of parenting and learn new parenting skills while being supported by our Facilitator who coordinates the activities.
The playgroups also provide access to community information and resources about parenting (with regular Guest Speakers from local services), and most importantly, provides a safe place to understand the value of playing with their child.
The group is structured around a school term (9-10 weeks) and provides a small group setting for parents to meet other parents, access information and resources about parenting, and most importantly, understand the value of playing with their child.
