ABOUT: Head to Health service acts as an open door to help all Australians access mental health and wellbeing services that are right for them. It makes it easier for people to navigate and choose the most suitable care options, whether that’s face-to-face, via phone or online. For anyone of any age who may be experiencing distress or mental ill health, Individuals who have never accessed mental health services before and family and friends who are caring for or wish to access supports for their loved ones.

ABOUT: headspace provides early intervention and prevention services for young people 12-25 years old, who may be experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns that impact on their everyday functioning. At headspace, we have a 'no wrong door policy', meaning that no young person is turned away without connection to appropriate internal or external services. At times there will be young people that make contact with the service that may not be appropriate for the headspace model of care. Our clinicians will assist in the referral to more appropriate services for the young person and their family.

ABOUT: SMART (Self-Management and Recovery Training) is a free group program assisting any problematic behaviours, including addiction to alcohol, cigarettes and other drugs, gambling, and other addictions. SMART is guided by trained professionals and participants come to help themselves and one another using a variety of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and motivational tools and techniques.

ABOUT: A fortnightly meeting designed to give a small group of people living with dementia and their family/carers an opportunity outside go the home to socialise, relax and discover ways to live well with dementia. Information is also provided about local service providers and support groups.

ABOUT: SDECC provides free alcohol and drug counselling to young people aged 12-25. It also provides support and counselling for parents/carers of young people with drug and alcohol issues. SDECC works within a family inclusive, trauma informed framework. Our highly qualified counsellors understand the complexities of AOD used and mental health issues, both for individuals and families. We welcome and include the LGBTQIA+ community and celebrate diversity in all its forms. For Any young person aged 12-25 and their parents/carers who live/work/study in the LGA area.
